Rubies in the Rough - the prints

Yay - my Rubies in the Rough quilt is up at Lily's Quilts!  You can find it, and the tutorial to make it, here.

A photo that didn't make it into the final tutorial

definitely do not think that the 12 print fabrics I used in my Rubies in the Rough quilt are the only fabrics which could co-ordinate with the fabrics in the Oakshott Rubies bundle - I am sure there are plenty more out there.

However, just in case anyone was interested, I thought I would list out the prints I used.  Most of them are quite recent, so you should be able to get your hands on them if you want.

LOVE this - it is gorgeous. I still can't decide what to do with my Oakshotts, perhaps I'll use your tutorial!

HI I just found you via Lily's quilts and your fabulous tutorial for the Hexagons. This is a beautiful quilt and a lovely clear tutorial- I'm inspired to add this to the long list of projects to make sometime! I'm also a NZer expat from Dunedin living in Adelaide at the moment. Always nice to come across another Kiwi quilter!
