Finish Along Second Quarter Wrap Up

I thought my second quarter finish along goals were quite reasonable - only 7 projects, many of them on the smaller side.  I guess I got distracted!  Here's what I did finish.

1. & 2. Two teeny tiny baby quilts for the neonatal ward of Wellington Hospital.  Must make more of these!

3. A cushion and pincushion for the Modern She Made Swap.  I need to make a quilt with these fabrics.  Soon.

4. To be honest, I'm pleased just to have this giant star quilt off my to do list.  The quilting was driving me a bit mad!  Now I need to put it away in a cupboard for a while and hopefully when I pull it back out I will fall in love with the fabrics again.

Are you participating in the finish along?  If so, how did you go with your goals?  I'm off to think about my goals for next quarter - I think I know where to find a few to get me started!

  1. Four very significant finishes Adrianne! And don't forget all the other things you got done too! Makes me look very slack with my two measly finishes! But its not a race, is it?

  5. You always seem to get so much done! You can't get everything finished at once unless you only do that! I love that cushion, I've decided I'm a total sucker for grey backgrounds-such a unifier which really seems to enable colours to shine!

  8. I was a little distracted too, didn't quite finish mine, but some definite progress. Love your cushion, it's beautiful, and I hate to be an enabler but you do need to make a quilt from those fabrics, definitely!

  9. I have a hard time focusing on my to do list, I think that at the beginning of the year I have a lot of energy about getting things finished and by about this time that kind of fizzles out. Oh well.
