I'm back! The cats did not appreciate their haute couture from Paris. Perhaps they were offended because they are actually dog clothes. In any case, they wore them for about 5 minutes and that is probably all they will ever wear them for.
Does anyone have a cat that tolerates clothing?
hahaha!! I wouldn't even try it in case the kids start thinking they can use the cat like a doll - eek!

ReplyDeleteCats are often offended when we go on tour and then ignore us to make us suffer!
I went through 3 escape proof collars before I found one that the cat could not get out of. Luckily all of the collars were "Money back if it does not work". Clothes on him is definitely not an option!

ReplyDeleteHaha!! That is so funny. :) We had a Siamese, and when we moved here to Colorado during his elder years, it was way too cold for him in the winter. So I got him a handmade kitty sweater that really looked Charlie Brownish. He did not like it one bit, even though we told him how cool he looked. He still had to wear it, because he just couldn't keep his body warmth up. Sure did love that cat!

ReplyDeleteA cat that tolerates clothing? No way! I'm impressed that your cats stood straight up while wearing their new duds. My cats slink low to the ground, and then flop over on their side when wearing clothing.
ReplyDeleteMy furry boys would probably be disgusted by cute clothes. They don't even go under quilts because they get overheated. I'm also impressed your darlings are not grovelling around trying to remove their wee tops!
