Quilting Gallery Blog Hop Party and Giveaway

Quilting Gallery Logo

UPDATE - GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED - THANKS SO MUCH TO EVERYONE WHO ENTERED

Hello, and welcome to my little corner of the Quilting Gallery Blog Hop Giveaway Party.  The theme this round is beat the winter blues, but in my neck of the woods it should really be beat the summer heat - we are having an unprecedented run of golden weather!

If you're a new visitor, welcome, and feel free to take a look around - you can find my finished projects under the headings above, and I also have a few tutorials if you're looking to try something new.

Blog Hop Party with Give-Aways

So, onto the real reason you're here - what am I giving away?  Well, I thought I would do something different and make a zipper pouch for the winner of my giveaway, using the open wide zipper pouch tutorial from Noodlehead.  If some scraps of fabric and other goodies fall into the pouch before I send it off, who am I to take them out again?

Here is one I prepared earlier - the winner's will be this shape but with different fabrics.

To enter the giveaway, simply leave a comment with two words which describe what you would like your pouch to look like, if you are the winner (i.e., fabric colours, type of pattern on the fabric, or other descriptive words).  There will be an element of surprise, so I'm not making any promises, but I will take your preferences into account.  Followers (existing and new, and whether you follow through google friend connect, google reader, or by following my facebook page) get a second entry - just leave a second comment letting me know you follow.  I am very happy to ship internationally.

This giveaway is open to everyone, but if I can't contact you, you can't win.  If you are a no-reply blogger, please leave your email address in the comment.

The giveaway will stay open until around 10 pm 14 March 2013 (New Zealand Daylight Savings Time), and I will use the random number generator at random.org to pick a winner then.

Good luck!
